These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between bet365it (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", "our", or the "Company") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bet365it platform accessible at https://bet365it.cam (the "Platform").

These Terms are intended to protect both the player and the Company, to ensure fair play, to prevent fraudulent activity, and to provide clear guidance on the rights and obligations of each party. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree", accessing any portion of the Platform, or placing any bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Your acceptance of these Terms creates a binding legal agreement between you and bet365it. These Terms supersede any prior written or oral agreements between you and bet365it with respect to the subject matter hereof.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that third party to these Terms, and that your acceptance of these Terms constitutes acceptance by that third party.

To be eligible to register and maintain a Player Account on bet365it, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during your use of the Platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and non-human entities are not permitted to hold Player Accounts.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of, or located in, any Prohibited Territory.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any employee or director of bet365it or any affiliated entity.
• You must not have been previously excluded from the Platform or had a Player Account terminated for cause.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme that would prohibit you from gambling.

Each Player may register only one (1) Player Account. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your national identification document)
• Date of birth
• Valid email address and Malaysian mobile number
• Residential address in Malaysia
• Preferred payment method details

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. bet365it shall not be held liable for any losses or delays arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Player.

You must keep your username and password strictly confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bet365it will never request your password via email, phone, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your Player Account — including bets placed and transactions processed — will be attributed to you.

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gambling requirements, bet365it is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests exceeding specified thresholds, or at any time at the Company's discretion.

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made using third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited. bet365it accepts deposits in MYR via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), and Tether (USDT).

• Minimum deposit: RM30 (or as specified per payment method)
• Maximum deposit: As specified per payment method and VIP tier
• Processing time: Instant for e-wallets and FPX; up to 10 minutes for bank transfers; 10–60 minutes for cryptocurrency (subject to network confirmation)
• Currency: All deposits are accepted and credited in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)

bet365it does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which bet365it bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions being met prior to processing:

• The Player's account must be fully KYC-verified.
• All active wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must have been satisfied.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's applicable daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limit as determined by their VIP tier.
• The Player's account must be in good standing with no active disputes, pending investigations, or security holds.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved by the Company.

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by bet365it are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this clause. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and this clause, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. Wagering requirements are specified per promotion and typically range from 8x to 35x.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While Bonus Funds are active, bets must not exceed MYR 300 per spin, round, or event, unless otherwise specified. Bets placed in excess of this limit may result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10–20%; sports bets may contribute as specified per promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: All Bonus Funds expire within the period specified in the applicable promotion, which is typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired Bonus Funds and any associated pending winnings are forfeited.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each Player is entitled to claim any individual promotion once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times will be treated as bonus abuse.
• Maximum Cashout: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from Bonus-derived winnings. This cap will be specified in the promotion's individual terms.

All bets placed on the bet365it Platform are subject to the specific game rules and sportsbook rules applicable to the game or market in question, as well as the following general provisions:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Accidental bets cannot be cancelled by the Player after confirmation.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game type and sportsbook market, as displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting event, bet365it reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts.
• Bet settlements for live events are based on the official results as reported by the relevant governing body. In the case of disputed results, bet365it's decision is final.
• Odds and game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for casino games, and by official sporting data feeds for sportsbook markets.
• Suspicious betting patterns, including matched betting, arbitrage betting, and betting syndicate activity, may result in bet voiding, payout restrictions, or account suspension.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet365it Platform:

• Registering more than one Player Account
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials
• Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or cheating
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to access or interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain
• Attempting to launder money through the Platform
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith
• Abusing the bonus system or promotional offers
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff or other users
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any component of the Platform

Violation of any of the above prohibited conduct provisions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances (including Real Money Funds where fraud is established), and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

bet365it reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months
• Self-exclusion request by the Player
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring account closure

Upon account closure for reasons of fraud or material breach, all funds held in the account (including Real Money Funds) may be retained by the Company as partial compensation for damages. In all other cases, Real Money Funds will be returned to the verified originating payment method within a reasonable timeframe, net of any outstanding obligations.

bet365it is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes all reasonable steps to prevent problem gambling among its Players. Gambling on the Platform is intended solely as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above.

The following player protection tools are available to all registered Players and may be activated at any time by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit to your account.
• Session Time Limits: Set alerts or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your access to the Platform for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session reminders of time spent and net gaming activity.

All content on the bet365it Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software code, game designs, interface layouts, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of bet365it or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: (a) copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any Platform content; (b) modify, adapt, or create derivative works; (c) use any automated means to extract data from the Platform; or (d) sublicense or transfer any rights granted under this licence to any third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet365it, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with: (a) the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform; (c) any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content; (d) any unauthorised access to or alteration of a Player's account; or (e) any third-party conduct on or through the Platform.

The Company's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for: (i) death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Company's jurisdiction of operation. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

Players who wish to raise a dispute or complaint should first contact our customer support team at [email protected] or via the live chat facility available within their account dashboard. The Company will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the Company's internal complaints procedure, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed neutral arbitration body. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

bet365it reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible on this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

For material changes to these Terms, bet365it will provide reasonable advance notice to affected Players via email notification to their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may close your account in accordance with Clause 12.
